Start any burger (or really anything) with this solid foundation (and flavor enhancing mix) of salt, pepper, garlic and Cailan’s personal level up touch of ground Mexican oregano.
KEY FLAVOR NOTES with a special mix of Spices, Salt, Dehydrated Garlic, and Dehydrated Onion, you’re getting earthy boldness and bitterness, floral notes from the black pepper, savoriness from the salt, but no real heat.

FILIPINO STREET STYLE
Alvin isn’t just known for burgers. He’s also known as the premier Filipino chef in the US with an award-winning, top selling cookbook called Amboy. Inspired by the flavors of Alvin’s childhood (aka Filipino street chicken) this blend is pungent in all the good ways with the slightly nutty, sweet and peppery taste of Annatto seed, citrus and spices.
KEY FLAVOR NOTES with Annatto Seed, Salt, Brownulated Sugar, Lime Juice Crystals, Dehydrated Orange Peel, Paprika, Smoked Paprika, Thyme, Celery Seed, and Sunflower Oil – you’re getting a nutty profile with a slight pungent funk, layers of citrus and sweetness, plus earthy notes and a light smokey heat.
