After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Matt started his culinary career in the kitchens of famed Seattle chef and restauranteur, Tom Douglas. He credits his culinary skills to the years spent across Douglas’ 15 restaurants and the women in his life – his mother, grandmother and aunts. We’d say these ladies were probably pretty proud when Matt appeared live on the NFL’s SuperBowl LV TikTok Tailgate making his famous Huli Huli wings.
