Coconut Sugar

USES

Coconut Sugar is a unique sugar harvested from the sap of a coconut palm flower. This sticky sap is cooked until it forms naturally sweet granules. Coconut Sugar delivers a complex sweetness with hints of caramel in both flavor and color. Coconut sugar can also be used as a sugar substitute in sauces, cookies, streusel topping, cakes, and other baked goods.
