Dukkah (Nut Free)

Before we get into how absolutely glorious Dukkah is, please note that this is a nut-free version of this traditional Egyptian condiment. Dukkah is a condiment common in Egypt and the Middle East. Our version offers strong notes of sumac, sesame, cumin and garlic, and a touch of orange peel. Spiceology's version boasts all of the great flavors that Dukkah offers with strong notes of sumac, sesame, cumin and garlic. We add a touch of orange peel which provides a unique finish. Dukkah can be used as a rub for any cut of protein (beef, seafood, poultry, pork, etc...) and enhance the hell out of roasted vegetables, squash and rice.
