This product is a collaboration on ingredients with A Cook Named Matt.

We worked with Matt on combining the citrusy, slightly bitter turmeric spice with crispy crunch of Pacific Harvest Sea Salt to provide a balance of savory and citrus, and a texture that adds an appealing crunch to any dish.

The Sea Salt is harvested in the Pacific, where wind blows the salt water marshes and creates the shape of the salt. You will notice the flavor of the salt has more depth due to the texture and being harvested straight from the ocean. This paired with the fresh ground Turmeric makes for a formidable combination.

How Golden Turmeric Flaky Salt Is Used

Flaky Salt is used to finish many recipes and provides a pleasurable text and a deep taste. Where most salt is used to enhance flavor, this salt not only archives this but offer its own unique flavor to be desired when topping on a dish.
