What Is “Where Is The Lamb Sauce?!” Seasoning?

In the popular television show Hell’s Kitchen, Chef shouted in a rage, “Where is the Lamb Sauce?!” and culinary history was made. We couldn’t pass up such a landmark in culinary history, so we decided to make a seasoning blend for whenever you decide to make a lamb sauce, or other meat, based on the one of most memorable (and quotable) moments from the show.

The seasoning mix is filled with mint, tarragon, chives, rosemary, oregano, marjoram and parsley, and finished with sweet balsamic powder and molasses.

How Do I Use it?

The most obvious pairing for this Hell’s Kitchen seasoning would be lamb, but it truly can be used on any protein. Use it to season any cut or form, as the herbs we have blended into this spice pair perfectly with the flavor of lamb. The classic combination of mint and tarragon blended with the tart and sweetness of the vinegar and molasses makes for a seasoning that will even have Chef praising your dish. You can also try it as a seasoning in a sauce, in a rub for protein that will be sautéed, or even to be sprinkled over a grilled piece of meat.

We recommend our Cast Iron Pork Chops recipe, to start.

It’s also great on veggies. No really! Try our Roasted Cauliflower and Potato Salad recipe.
