What Are Black Peppercorns?

Black Peppercorns are simply the whole version of ground black pepper. The ability to keep them whole offers a very pungent and fresh peppercorn that adds bite and depth to the dishes it is used in. How Black Peppercorns Can Be Used

We source our Black Peppercorns from India’s Malabar Coast. We also source from Vietnam, Brazil and Indonesia. The actual Black Pepper grows off of the vines of pepper plants in tropical regions. The drupe of the plant is collected, washed and dried to capture the spice and pungency we all love.
