For the Ginger Honey Syrup

For the cocktail

  • 2 ounce London Dry Gin
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 ounce ginger honey syrup

Instructions

For the Ginger Honey Syrup

  1. In a sauce pan, bring all ingredients together to a boil for one minute. Reduce heat to medium low for 3-4 minutes (160 degrees).
  2. Remove from heat and fine strain.
  3. Let Cool entirely before use.
  4. Keep Refrigerated up to 1 month. 

For the cocktail

  1. Add all ingredients and shake. 
  2. Fine strain into a coupe glass. 
  3. Garnish with a lemon twist.
