- 2 oz London Dry Gin
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.75 oz simple syrup
- 10 basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon Greek Freak Rub
- In shaker, add Greek Freak and simple syrup and muddle together.
- Add Gin, lemon juice and shake vigorously.
- Fine strain into a rocks glass over ice.
- Garnish with a basil crown and lemon wheel.
