Hot Honey Pizza Twists

  • pizza dough
  • 1 cup all purpose flour, in a bowl
  • 1/2 cup fontina cheese, shredded (or mozzarella)

Hot Honey Chili Sauce

Really Ranch Dip


Hot Honey Chili Sauce

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepot and bring to a simmer. Reduce by half and cool.

Really Ranch Dip

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Pizza Twists

  1. Preheat smoker to high heat (425-450 degrees).
  2. Take pizza dough and coat both sides in flour.
  3. Place dough on cutting board and roll out pizza dough into a rectangle shape. 
  4. Brush Hot Honey chili sauce to coat pizza dough generously.
  5. Sprinkle fontina or mozzarella cheese to coat pizza dough.
  6. Take one side and fold it over to close the cheese into the dough.
  7. Slice into rectangle strips.
  8. Take strips and pull the dough gently and twist. Repeat for all the strips.
  9. Place on parchment paper on a cooking sheet.
  10. Brush twists with Really Ranch dip.
  11. Place pan in smoker for 10 minutes until cooked all the way through.
  12. Plate up and dip into the rest of the Really Ranch dip.
