Matt’s Michelada Recipe

- 1 teaspoon (4 grams) Maggi seasoning
- 1/2 tablespoon (5 grams) Sumac
- 1/2 teaspoon (5 grams) Spiceology Aleppo Pepper Flakes
- 1 large lime, juiced
- 1 1/2 cups Clamato
- 2 bottles of Modelo Especial
Mix all the ingredients together and leave Modelo for last.
- 1 tablespoon Sumac
- 1 tablespoon Aleppo Chili Flakes
- 2 tablespoons Flake Sea Salt
Mix ingredients in a bowl. Rub lime juice around the rim and place glass in rim mixer. Pour drink in the glass.
