Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon (4 grams) Maggi seasoning
  • 1/2 tablespoon (5 grams) Sumac
  • 1/2  teaspoon (5 grams) Spiceology Aleppo Pepper Flakes
  • 1 large lime, juiced
  • 1 1/2 cups Clamato
  • 2 bottles of Modelo Especial

Mix all the ingredients together and leave Modelo for last. 

Rim dust

Mix ingredients in a bowl. Rub lime juice around the rim and place glass in rim mixer. Pour drink in the glass.
