- 1–2 crowns of broccoli (1 crown per 2 people)
- Spiceology Nashville Hot Chicken blend, 2 Tbsp per crown of broccoli.
- Olive oil, as needed
Instructions
- Cut broccoli with keeping the stalk intact (easier to grill this way).
- Oil the broccoli and season with Spiceology Nashville Hot Chicken seasoning.
- Heat BBQ to Med-High heat.
- Place broccoli right over the flame of the bbq, turning every 2 minutes or so , charring evenly on both sides.
- Remove from BBQ and finish with buttermilk ranch. A perfect summer bbq side dish!
