For the Pumpkin Spice Simple Syrup

For the cocktail

  • 2 ounce your favorite vodka
  • 1 ounce pumpkin spice syrup
  • 1.5 ounce espresso 
  • 0.5 ounce cream or milk alternative

Instructions

For the Pumpkin Spice Simple Syrup

  1. In a sauce pan, bring all ingredients together to a low boil for 30 seconds.
  2. Reduce heat to low for 3-4 minutes (130 degrees).
  3. Remove from heat and let cool entirely before use. 
  4. *This syrup will grow and thicken over time.
  5. Keep refrigerated up to 1 month. 

For the cocktail

  1. Add all ingredients and shake vigorously, creating foam. 
  2. Fine strain into a coupe glass. 
  3. Garnish with cocoa powder and espresso beans
