Raspberry Chipotle Beet Hummus

  • 1 cup cooked beets
  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 1 cup garlic olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Spiceology Raspberry Chipotle Blend
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt, to taste
  • lemon, to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Place beets in a pot. Cover with water, salt and pepper. Add in 1 sprig thyme and 2 garlic cloves. Cover the pot with a lid. Place in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the beets are fork-tender.
  2. Blend all remaining ingredients till smooth in a food processor and season to taste with salt and lemon juice.
