There’s comfort food, and then there’s Blackened Chicken Mac & Cheese with Black & Bleu Croutons. Our friends over at La Brea Bakery whipped up this recipe and we know what you’re thinking: “why have I not been adding crunchy seasoned croutons on my mac & cheese this entire time?” We asked ourselves the same question, because if there’s one thing we love it’s double the carbs.
Let’s talk about these croutons – you cube some (preferably slightly stale) dinner rolls, mix with EVOO and lots of our Black & Bleu Cajun and Bleu Cheese spice blend, pop ’em in the oven and you’re done. Warning: you might just end up eating these by the fistful.
