Cajun apricot glazed ham in crockpot

Slow Cooked Cajun Apricot Ham

  • 45 lb fully cooked ham
  • 1⁄2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1⁄2 cup apricot jam
  • 2 tablespoons Spiceology Black Magic Cajun Spice Rub
  • 1⁄4 cup water


  1. Lightly spray the inside of the slow cooker crock with cooking spray. Place ham in the crock.
  2. In a medium saucepan, add the brown sugar, apricot jam, Black Magic Spice Rub, and water. Bring to a boil over high heat and reduce to medium and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly about 4 minutes. Remove from heat and pour over the ham.
  3. Cook 6-8 hours on low or 4-6 hours on high, basting every hour. Serve immediately.
