Smoky Honey Habanero Chicken Lettuce Wraps
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 10 minutes
- Total Time: 15 minutes
- Yield: 2–4 servings 1x
Ingredients
Scale
- 2–3 lbs of Chicken Thighs, skin-on or skinless, whatever you prefer
- 2 tbsp Spiceology Smoky Honey Habanero
- 2–3 tbsp Bachan’s BBQ sauce (or something similar)
- Large pieces of either Green leaf or Romaine lettuce
- Vegetables, whatever you have on hand or is looking fresh at the store, here I used, sweet pepper, bean sprouts and cucumbers.
Instructions
- If your chicken thighs have the bones in them, I like to cut them out as they cook faster and you can chop them up easier.
- Place your chicken into a bowl and season with Bachan’s and Smoky Honey Habanero seasoning, mix and let stand for an hour up to 4 hours.
- Heat your grill (flattop, bbq or pan) to medium-high heat. Place your chicken (skin side down if using skin on thighs) on your grill and cook for 4-6 minutes per side, making sure to get good a char but not burnt. Remove once cooked through.
- While your chicken is cooking, prep your vegetables into bite size pieces.
- Assemble your lettuce wraps and enjoy, making sure to add more Bachan’s and Smoky Honey Habanero on top!
