Spiced White Wine Sangria

Chinese Five Spice Simple Syrup:

  • 8 oz Granulated Sugar
  • 8 oz Water
  • 2 Tbsp Spiceology’s Chinese Five Spice blend


Chinese Five Spice Simple Syrup:

  1. In a pot, add all ingredients.
  2. Bring to a boil for 1 minute and stir until sugar and powder dissolve.
  3. Reduce heat to low for 5 mins.
  4. Let cool completely.
  5. Store in airtight jar, refrigerated for up to 1 month.


  1. In a pitcher, add all ingredients. Stir and pour over ice in a wine glass
  2. Garnish: Star Anise, Cinnamon Ceylon
