- 5 Sweet Piquillo Peppers
- 5 Gouda Slices
- 1 oz Iberico Cured Ham Slices
- 2 Tbsp Spiceology Tomatador Blend
Instructions
- Pat each piquillo dry and set on a cutting board.
- Roll your gouda slices and ham slices over one another and season with Spiceology Tomatador.
- Take cheese/ham roll and stuff inside pepper.
- In a cast iron pan sear each side on medium high for 2 minutes.
- Plate and eat immediately.
