Classic tangy French flavors meet aromatic herbs in this blend perfect for just about any savory dish.

Flavor Notes:

Rosemary

Rosemary is a fragrant evergreen herb that is native to the Mediterranean. Aromatic and herbaceous, there is no flavor quite like rosemary. The best we can do to describe it is woodsy with notes of lavender, pine, pepper, mint, citrus, and sage.


Dijon Mustard

Hailing from Dijon, France, this prepared mustard packs a tangy, sharp, intense flavor punch. Made from spicy brown mustard seeds, vinegar and white wine, one of the crucial ingredients in a traditional Dijon is verjuice, the highly acidic juice made by pressing unripe grapes.

Fun fact: The Ancient Greeks believed rosemary was good for memory… which is why students would wear a strand in their hair.
