Eva’s Salted Caramel Sauce

  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp of one of the following Spiceology blends:
    • Apple Cinnamon
    • Smoky Honey Habanero
    • Pumpkin Spice
  • 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 oz butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp Fleur de Sel or Pacific Harvest Flakey Salt


  1. Place the sugar, corn syrup and water into the saucepan. Use a pastry brush dipped in water to wash down the sides of the pan several times at the beginning. (This helps dissolve any sugar crystals that might have formed.)
  2. Heat until a golden amber color. 
  3. Add butter, vanilla extract, Spiceology blend, and cream. Whisk until smooth. 
  4. Remove from heat, whisk in salt and let cool.
  5. Pour into jars and get ready to add this to everything.
