- 1 grapefruit, zested and juiced
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons New Belgium Habanero Grapefruit Blend
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup olive oil
- Combine all ingredients EXCEPT oil in a blender and turn on.
- Slowly drizzle oil in until emulsified.
- Add to a salad or as a base for burrata.
