- 1 Side of Fresh Salmon from Costco
- 3 Tbsp Spiceology Korean BBQ Blend from Costco
- 1/2 cup Mirin
- 1/3 cup Rice Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Hoisin
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl combine mirin, rice vinegar, hoisin, and Spiceology Korean BBQ seasoning.
- Place the salmon in a large casserole dish and pour marinade over top. Flip the salmon over skin side up and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 8-12 hours.
- Preheat smoker to 225 degrees F.
- Place salmon on the smoker and smoke for 3 1/2 hours or until internal temp reaches 135 degrees F.
- Remove from the smoker and rest for 15 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy the fruits from your Costco haul!
