Black & Bleu Brussels Sprouts

  • 2 lbs of Brussels Sprouts, trimmed and washed
  • 3 tablespoons Spiceology Black & Bleu Rub
  • canola oil, for frying
  • Black & Bleu buttermilk ranch, for drizzling


  1. Wash and trim your Brussels sprouts.
  2. Heat oil to 375°F, add Brussels sprouts to oil and fry for 3-4 mins until golden brown.
  3. Add to a bowl and toss with Black & Bleu seasoning while still warm, finish with buttermilk ranch and enjoy!
