Our Black & Bleu signature blend and Brussels sprouts are a match made for foodies everywhere. Don’t feel up for frying these babies? You can also roast the Brussels sprouts and toss with the seasoning before and after.
- 2 lbs of Brussels Sprouts, trimmed and washed
- 3 tablespoons Spiceology Black & Bleu Rub
- canola oil, for frying
- Black & Bleu buttermilk ranch, for drizzling
- Wash and trim your Brussels sprouts.
- Heat oil to 375°F, add Brussels sprouts to oil and fry for 3-4 mins until golden brown.
- Add to a bowl and toss with Black & Bleu seasoning while still warm, finish with buttermilk ranch and enjoy!
