Shipping Charges

We are pleased to provide free shipping on all orders $49.99+ within the contiguous US (excludes Hawaii and Alaska). For any orders shipping within the contiguous US under that threshold, we charge a flat shipping rate of $7.95. There are additional shipping charges for customers shipping outside of the contiguous US which will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Process

Once you place your order on spiceology.com, you will receive an email confirmation. If you have questions about your order, please call us immediately at (509) 241-3040. Once your order has been placed, it may no longer be eligible for change or cancellation.

Please allow additional time for your order to be fulfilled during holidays.

During holidays, please allow additional time for your order to be shipped. During non-holiday times, you can expect your order to be shipped within 3 business days. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Spiceology cannot be held liable for confirmed deliveries that are not received. If your order has been confirmed as delivered via the tracking system provided, we recommend that you first call your local post office or UPS to inquire further.

Return Policy

Because of our Safe Quality Food Certification, we can not accept returns or exchanges on grocery products. However, if we make an error on an order, we will make it right through either a refund or a replacement.

Route Package Protection

Route’s Green Package Protection is a package protection solution that helps cover your order in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit while also protecting the planet. We know how frustrating it is to have something happen to your order, so we’ve partnered with Route to offer added assurance that you’re supported, no matter what. Green Package Protection can be added during checkout.
