We are pleased to provide free shipping on all orders $49.99+ within the continental US. For any orders shipping within the continental US under that threshold, we charge a flat shipping rate of $7.95. There are additional shipping charges for customers shipping outside of the continental US which will be displayed at checkout.

During holidays, please allow additional time for your order to be shipped. During non-holiday times, you can expect your order to be shipped within 3 business days. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Spiceology cannot be held liable for conﬁrmed deliveries that are not received. If your order has been conﬁrmed as delivered via the tracking system provided, we recommend that you first call your local post ofﬁce or UPS to inquire further.
Because of our Safe Quality Food Certification, we can not accept returns or exchanges on grocery products. However, if we make an error on an order, we will make it right through either a refund or a replacement.
