Achiote Bloody Mary Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 fl oz lemon juice
- 2 fl oz lime juice
- 1 fl oz fermented hot sauce
- 1 fl oz prepared horseradish
- 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Spiceology Achiote Blend
- 6 fl oz tomato juice
- 4 fl oz vodka
- 1 teaspoon Spiceology Sriracha Salt
- 2 teaspoons Spiceology Chile Con Limon
Instructions:
- Mix lemon juice, lime juice, hot sauce, horseradish, black pepper, and Achiote Blend well and set aside.
- In a separate glass, pour 6 fl oz tomato juice into a glass and add 1fl oz of the mary mix you set aside. Stir well. Add vodka and stir again.
Chile con Limon Bacon
- Place bacon on a pan,
- Season one side with Chile con Limon.
- Flip bacon, season the other side with Chile con Limon.
- Once browned, remove from pan and set aside.
Final cocktail
- Rim glass with fresh lime and roll in Sriracha Salt. Fill with ice and add Bloody mary cocktail. Add Celery, lime, and Chile con Limon seasoned bacon.
