Kosher salt
4 Tbsp compound butter (see below)

For the Compound Butter

1/2 C (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
1 Tbsp Spiceology Black Magic Blend

Instructions

For Butter:

In a bowl add the stick of butter and Spiceology Black Magic of choice.
Mix well.
Place on parchment paper and seal well.
Freeze to firm.

Steak Instructions:

Pre-heat your grill to medium-high.
Season steaks well with Spiceology Black Magic and kosher salt.
Grill to your liking. compound butter and serve immediately with your favorite frites (aka fries!)
