Black Magic Compound Butter Steak
- Prep Time: 30 minutes
- Cook Time: 20 minutes
- Total Time: 50 minutes
- Yield: 4 servings 1x
Ingredients
- 4 Steaks (choose your favorite kind)
- 1 Tbsp Spiceology Black Magic Blend
- Kosher salt
- 4 Tbsp compound butter (see below)
For the Compound Butter
- 1/2 C (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 Tbsp Spiceology Black Magic Blend
Instructions
For Butter:
- In a bowl add the stick of butter and Spiceology Black Magic of choice.
- Mix well.
- Place on parchment paper and seal well.
- Freeze to firm.
Steak Instructions:
- Pre-heat your grill to medium-high.
- Season steaks well with Spiceology Black Magic and kosher salt.
- Grill to your liking. compound butter and serve immediately with your favorite frites (aka fries!)
