For the Oven:

  1. 24 hours before serving, coat your wings in Maple Chili Juicy Bird Dry Brine. Once coated, place on a baking sheet and store in the fridge.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and top with an oven-safe cooling rack. Coat in non-stick spray.
  3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the sheet. Bake for 45 minutes or until crispy, brown on top.
  4. Top with any of our fantastic homemade sauces.

For the Grill:

  2. Preheat a gas grill to medium (about 350 degrees)
  3. Throw those wings on the grill. Grill ‘em up, flipping every couple of minutes for about 20 minutes.
