- 3 lbs chicken wings, thawed and defrosted
- The Maple Chili Juicy Bird Dry Brine or Italian Juicy Bird Dry Brine Blend
Instructions
For the Oven:
- 24 hours before serving, coat your wings in Maple Chili Juicy Bird Dry Brine. Once coated, place on a baking sheet and store in the fridge.
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and top with an oven-safe cooling rack. Coat in non-stick spray.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the sheet. Bake for 45 minutes or until crispy, brown on top.
- Top with any of our fantastic homemade sauces.
For the Grill:
- 24 hours before serving, coat your wings in Maple Chili Juicy Bird Dry Brine. Once coated, place on a baking sheet and store in the fridge.
- Preheat a gas grill to medium (about 350 degrees)
- Throw those wings on the grill. Grill ‘em up, flipping every couple of minutes for about 20 minutes.
