- 4 TBS Spiceology Smoky Honey Habanero Blend
- 1/2 LB salmon filet
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cedar plank, for grilling
Instructions
- Soak your cedar plank in hot water for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to 350 degrees.
- Place the salmon (skin-side down) on the cedar plank.
- Season lightly with salt and pepper. Then coat liberally with Spiceology Smoky Honey Habanero Blend.
- Grill for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon reaches 125 degrees internally.
- Serve with grilled onions and your favorite salad and ENJOY.
