4 cups / 3 Large Sweet Potatoes (peeled and cubed)
3 cups Water
1 cup Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Spiceology Harissa blend

Instructions

In a large sauce pot combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium-low and let the sweet potatoes soft boil for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Potatoes should be fork tender and still bright orange.
Remove from heat.
Snack on them or serve.
