Harissa Sweet Potatoes

- Cook Time: 30 minutes
- Total Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients
- 4 cups / 3 Large Sweet Potatoes (peeled and cubed)
- 3 cups Water
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Spiceology Harissa blend
Instructions
- In a large sauce pot combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and let the sweet potatoes soft boil for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Potatoes should be fork tender and still bright orange.
- Remove from heat.
- Snack on them or serve.
