For the Mulling Spice Simple Syrup
- 8 ounces water
- ¾ cup Spiceology Turbinado Sugar
- ½ cup Spiceology Mulling Spice Blend
For the cocktail
- 1 ounce London Dry Gin
- 1 ounce Campari
- 1 ounce Sweet Vermouth
- 0.5 ounce Mulling Spice Syrup
Instructions
For the Mulling Spice Simple Syrup
- In a sauce pan, bring all ingredients together to a boil for one minute.
- Reduce heat to medium low for 5 minutes (160 degrees).
- Remove from heat and fine strain.
- Let Cool entirely before use.
- Keep Refrigerated up to 1 month.
For the cocktail
- Add all ingredients and stir.
- Fine strain over ice into a tumbler glass.
- Garnish with orange peel.
