Pink Peppercorn Paloma Cocktail

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz Blanco Tequila
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.75 oz Spiceology’s Pink Peppercorn Syrup
  • Grapefruit Soda

Pink Peppercorn Syrup

  • 8 oz Granulated Sugar
  • 8 oz Water
  • 2 Tbsp Pink Peppercorns

Instructions

Pink Peppercorn Syrup

  1. In a pot, bring all ingredients to a boil for 1min.
  2. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 30mins. Fine strain and let cool. Store in an airtight container for up to 30 days.

Cocktail

  1. In a Collins Glass, add Blanco Tequila & Lime Juice. Add Ice & top with Grapefruit Soda
  2. Garnish: Grapefruit Slice, Pink Peppercorns
