- 2 oz Blanco Tequila
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz Spiceology’s Pink Peppercorn Syrup
- Grapefruit Soda
Pink Peppercorn Syrup
- 8 oz Granulated Sugar
- 8 oz Water
- 2 Tbsp Pink Peppercorns
Instructions
Pink Peppercorn Syrup
- In a pot, bring all ingredients to a boil for 1min.
- Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 30mins. Fine strain and let cool. Store in an airtight container for up to 30 days.
Cocktail
- In a Collins Glass, add Blanco Tequila & Lime Juice. Add Ice & top with Grapefruit Soda
- Garnish: Grapefruit Slice, Pink Peppercorns
