Pork Tenderloin with Peach Mezcal BBQ Sauce

  • 2 pork tenderloins
  • 24 tablespoons Smoked Chipotle Mezcal blend

BBQ Sauce

  • 16 oz can tomato paste
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup peach preserves
  • 1/2 cup tequila
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 12 tablespoons smoked chipotle mezcal
  • 1 tablespoon dark molasses


  1. Prepare your grill.
  2. Sprinkle the pork tenderloins with 2- 4 tablespoons of the Smoked Chipotle Mezcal blend and grill about 10 minutes, 5 minutes per side, brushing with bbq sauce.

Peach Mezcal BBQ Sauce

  1. Add all ingredients for the BBQ sauce to a small saucepan and simmer on low for 5-10 minutes.  Store any leftover sauce in a mason jar in the refrigerator.


If you’d prefer, you can bake the tenderloins as well.  Bake at 400º F for 20-25 mintues.
