Purple Haze Sweet Potato Pie

  • 3 Purple Sweet Potatoes, baked
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Large Eggs, Beaten
  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk
  • 2 tbsp Spiceology Purple Haze Blend
  • 1 9-Inch Unbaked Store-Bought Pie Crust


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and stab potatoes with a fork all the way around.
  2. Roast potatoes until tender, about 1 hour.
  3. Peel the skin off the potatoes and place potato into a mixing bowl.
  4. Set oven to 350 degrees.
  5. Mash the potatoes until smooth then add the remaining ingredients.
  6. Place your potato mixture into the pie crust and place in oven until center is firm and crust is golden brown, about 1 hour.
  7. Cool and serve with whipped cream.
