Purple Haze Sweet Potato Pie
- Prep Time: 1 hour
- Cook Time: 1 hour 15 minutes
- Total Time: 2 hours 15 minutes
- Yield: 4–6 servings 1x
Ingredients
- 3 Purple Sweet Potatoes, baked
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Large Eggs, Beaten
- 1/2 cup Whole Milk
- 2 tbsp Spiceology Purple Haze Blend
- 1 9-Inch Unbaked Store-Bought Pie Crust
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and stab potatoes with a fork all the way around.
- Roast potatoes until tender, about 1 hour.
- Peel the skin off the potatoes and place potato into a mixing bowl.
- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- Mash the potatoes until smooth then add the remaining ingredients.
- Place your potato mixture into the pie crust and place in oven until center is firm and crust is golden brown, about 1 hour.
- Cool and serve with whipped cream.
