Smoky Honey Habanero Cedar Plank Salmon

  1. Soak your cedar plank in hot water for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your pellet grill to 350°.
  3. Place the salmon skin-side down on the cedar plank.
  4. Season lightly with Salt Pepper Garlic Blend and then coat liberally with Smoky Honey Habanero Rub.
  5. Place into the preheated grill, and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon reaches 125 internal temp. This will of course vary with the thickness of your filet.
