- 1 bunch of carrots, tops removed and washed
- 2–3 tbsp Spiceology Tandoori Glory Signature Blend
- Olive oil as needed
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp real maple syrup
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 450°F.
- Season carrots with olive oil and Spiceology Tandoori Glory.
- Roast carrots for 12-15 minutes, depending on the size of your carrots.
- While your carrots are roasting make the maple yogurt by mixing the yogurt, maple syrup, lime juice, zest and garlic in a bowl.
- Once your carrots are cooked drizzle with the yogurt, and serve warm.
