Nashville Hot with Honey Glaze

  • Spiceology Nashville Hot Chicken blend
  • Olive oil or melted butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

 

Lemon Pepper Turkey

  • Spiceology Pink Peppercorn Lemon Thyme
  • Olive oil or melted butter

 

Clementine Turkey Rub

  •  1/3 cup Spiceology Turkey Rub
  • 23 clementines, zested
  • Olive oil or melted butter

Instructions

Nashville Hot with Honey Glaze

  1. Coat turkey in olive oil or melted butter, sprinkle generously with Nashville Hot Chicken spice blend. Roast according to directions for the weight of turkey.
  2. In a microwave safe measuring cup add the honey and apple cider vinegar. Heat in 30 second intervals until the honey is melted, stirring well to combine.
  3. Baste the turkey in the last 30 minutes with the honey mixture.

 

Lemon Pepper Turkey

  1. Coat turkey in olive oil or melted butter, sprinkle generously with Nashville Hot Chicken spice blend. Roast according to directions for the weight of turkey.

 

Clementine Turkey Rub

  1. In a bowl add the turkey rub and clementine zest (or orange) and stir to combine.
  2. Coat turkey in olive oil or melted butter, sprinkle generously with Nashville Hot Chicken spice blend. Roast according to directions for the weight of turkey.
