Instructions

  1. Season your venison with Spiceology Cowboy Crust on all sides. 
  2. Heat a cast iron pan to medium high heat. 
  3. Add Maui Nui venison to the pan and cook until you’re liking, basting with garlic and butter. Let rest for 5-8 minutes before slicing. (Once crust is done to your liking you can optionally finish in the oven to avoid burning). 
  4. Serve with a wild berry jam if using and enjoy this underrated protein!
