Cowboy Crust Maui Nui Venison Chops

- Maui Nui Venison Loin chops
- 2–3 tsp Spiceology Cowboy Crust per chop
- Olive oil, as needed for seasoning venison
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 Tbsp butter
- Optional – wild berry jam for serving.
Instructions
- Season your venison with Spiceology Cowboy Crust on all sides.
- Heat a cast iron pan to medium high heat.
- Add Maui Nui venison to the pan and cook until you’re liking, basting with garlic and butter. Let rest for 5-8 minutes before slicing. (Once crust is done to your liking you can optionally finish in the oven to avoid burning).
- Serve with a wild berry jam if using and enjoy this underrated protein!
