Roasted Korean BBQ Honey Carrots

  • 1 bunch of carrots, washed and tops trimmed 
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar 
  • 1 tbsp Spiceology Korean BBQ blend
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tsp miso or Korean soy bean paste
  • Green onions for garnish 


  1. Combine the honey, rice wine vinegar, Korean BBQ seasoning, soy, and miso paste into a bowl. 
  2. Pre-heat oven to 400°F. 
  3. Pour your sauce over your carrots and toss to coat evenly. 
  4. Place in oven and roast for 12-15 minutes, shaking the pan every few minutes. 
  5. Remove once carrots are cooked through. Top with green onions and serve warm.
