Roasted Korean BBQ Honey Carrots

- 1 bunch of carrots, washed and tops trimmed
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Spiceology Korean BBQ blend
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tsp miso or Korean soy bean paste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the honey, rice wine vinegar, Korean BBQ seasoning, soy, and miso paste into a bowl.
- Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
- Pour your sauce over your carrots and toss to coat evenly.
- Place in oven and roast for 12-15 minutes, shaking the pan every few minutes.
- Remove once carrots are cooked through. Top with green onions and serve warm.
