Graham Cracker Crumble
Directions
For "Nice" Cream:
- Heat the apples, coconut milk, Spiceology Apple Cinnamon and Unsalted Caramel in a pot. Don't boil, but make sure the blends have dissolved.
- Blend the mixture until smooth
- Pour into ice cube molds and freeze overnight
For dessert:
- In the meantime, make the crumble by mixing the crumbled graham cracker bars, melted butter and Spiceology Apple Cinnamon and bake for 15 minutes at 350 F
- Once the "nice" cream mixture is frozen, drop the cubes into a blender and blend until smooth
- Add to a bowl and mix in the graham cracker crumble
- You can enjoy immediately or put back in the freezer for later
- Want to level it up even further? Add a salted caramel sauce. Bonus points if it uses Spiceology Unsalted Caramel and extra Apple Cinnamon.
