Trick or sweet! We say both with this simple, tasty (dare we say almost healthy) Apple Pie "nice" cream.

Apple Cinnamon "Nice" Cream with Graham Cracker Crumble

Ingredients

    • 2 tablespoons Spiceology Apple Cinnamon
    • 2 tablespoons Spiceology Unsalted Caramel
    • 1 13 oz can coconut milk
    • 3 apples, peeled and quartered

    • 2 tablespoons Spiceology Apple Cinnamon
    • 2 graham cracker bars, crumbled
    • 2 tablespoons melted butter

    Directions

      1. Heat the apples, coconut milk, Spiceology Apple Cinnamon and Unsalted Caramel in a pot. Don't boil, but make sure the blends have dissolved.
      2. Blend the mixture until smooth
      3. Pour into ice cube molds and freeze overnight

      1. In the meantime, make the crumble by mixing the crumbled graham cracker bars, melted butter and Spiceology Apple Cinnamon and bake for 15 minutes at 350 F
      2. Once the "nice" cream mixture is frozen, drop the cubes into a blender and blend until smooth
      3. Add to a bowl and mix in the graham cracker crumble
      4. You can enjoy immediately or put back in the freezer for later
      5. Want to level it up even further? Add a salted caramel sauce. Bonus points if it uses Spiceology Unsalted Caramel and extra Apple Cinnamon.
