"Bold, savory, and surprisingly simple—these Spanish-style meatballs get a serious flavor upgrade with Spiceology’s Greek Freak blend. A mix of beef, pork, and Serrano ham simmers in a rich tomato sauce infused with jamón stock, red wine, and Mediterranean spices. Easy enough for a weeknight, but fancy enough to impress—just bake, serve, and watch them disappear."
