Beer-Infused BBQ Rub Walking Taco — FAQs

You can prepare the beef mixture in advance and refrigerate it for up to 2 days. Reheat just before serving and assemble the tacos fresh to keep the chips crisp.

Classic corn chips like Fritos are ideal, but you can also use tortilla chips or Doritos for extra flavor. Choose single-serve bags for easy, mess-free portions.

To make it spicier, add hot sauce or extra Beer-Infused BBQ Rub. To make it milder, reduce the rub amount and skip the jalapeños or hot sauce topping.
