Directions
Season your brats with roughly 1 tsp of Spiceology X Derek Wolf Big Bad BBQ Ale Rub per bratwurst. - Heat your grill to medium-high heat.
Once your grill is hot, get some quick grill marks on your brats.
Pour your beer into your pan and let come to temperature before adding your bratwursts, let braise for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked, you can place them back onto the grill to char some more if you like.
