Black and Bleu Stuffed Mushrooms

Hot from the oven, creamy jalapeño cheese spills into smoky bacon and tangy bleu while the mushrooms go all golden and crisp. Black & Bleu makes them bold, buttery, and just this side of dangerous.

Ingredients

Medium/Large button mushrooms

1/4-1/3 cup jalapeno cream cheese

2 tbsp blue cheese

2 tsp Spiceology Black and Bleu seasoning

3 tbsp sliced green onions
-
2-3 pieces of cooked bacon
-
finely chopped (or bacon bits 3 tbsp)

Panko bread crumbs, as needed
Directions
Pre heat your oven to 375°F
Remove the steams from your mushrooms
In a bowl mix together your cream cheese, blue cheese, black and Bleu seasoning, bacon and green onions.
Fill your mushroom caps, you can over fill these just not to much.
Top with a bit of the panko bread crumbs and bake for 10-12, until the mushrooms are fully cooked and your bread crumbs are browned (you can broil for the last few mins). Serve these warm.
